The instructor shares a personal join code; the pupil enters it in their own free side of the app, fills in their name, transmission and pick-up details, and the instructor approves the request. From that moment the pupil has their lessons, credit balance and progress, and the instructor has a clean record — no manual typing of contact details.

Yes. You can add existing pupils yourself in a couple of minutes each, or invite them by email or join code to connect from their own phone when they are ready — there is no all-or-nothing migration. Pupils who never want the app can still be run entirely from the instructor's side, with lessons and payments marked manually.

It is the usual worry, and the honest answer is that adoption is never forced.
