The instructor shares a join code; the pupil enters it in their own app and the instructor approves the request. Instructors can also add existing pupils themselves in minutes and invite them to connect later.

Yes. An instructor can add a parent or guardian to any pupil, giving them a private, read-only web view of lessons, progress and payments. There is no app for them to download, and they can step away whenever they like.
